Fragrance Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any fragrance product that has been opened, used, or unsealed.
If you are unsure which scent is right for you, we recommend trying our Discovery Set before purchasing a full-size bottle.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive an incorrect item, we're here to help.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing info@hoqueoud.co.uk.
To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the damage or incorrect item
Once we've reviewed your request, we'll work with you to provide a suitable resolution, including a replacement where appropriate.
Important Information
- Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
- Damage or issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
- If we request the item to be returned, it must be sent back in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
